Our Young Pioneer Program is for children between 9-13

​

The kids will experience frontier life, learn colonial skills, dress in period costumes, and HAVE FUN colonial style at this 3-day event.

​

Some hands-on activities include blacksmithing, cooking over an open fire, spinning, weaving, threshing wheat, making candles and ropes,  woodworking, leatherworking, textile making, gardening, and more!

 

This program will also include crafts and games children would have played in the late 1700s.
